Amy slipped her jumping saddle onto the back of her new Grey Arabian stallion, Harvey. She tightened the girth so it was snug and the replaced the halter with the bridle. She smiled and brought him out to the arena, a small jump course already set up. She walked him around it once and tightened the girth again. she made sure it was snug and then mounted, squeezing his sides for a walk.

Amy smiled and rubbed his neck, then asked for a trot.

Amy circled the arena once before asking for a canter, preparing for the jumps.

Amy tightened the reins and turned Harvey towards the jump. She rocked her weight into her feet and pushed up about 1 stride away.

Harvey snorted, Taking off towards the jump as he followed her orders, flicking his tail.

Amy rose up out of the saddle and let Harvey do his thing. They soared over the 2 foot jump easily.

Anastasia grunted as she woke from the blaring alarm beside her ear. She smacked it, the sound didn't subside, she bashed it with her fist. Finally, she was given peace and quiet. She rolled over, covering her head with a lump of soft blankets. She then threw them away, leaping out of her bed. She dressed, pulling on her knee-high black leather riding boots, and grabbed her helmet and crop, walking out the door. She jogged to the barn, and slowly moved down the hallway, stalls lined up at either side of her. She grabbed her light weight saddle, halter, and walked to a stall, shadowed by a large horse. She clicked, and smiled as the horse's head turned around. Her bright, black eyes looking at Ana. The horse neighed, and snorted, slowly turning around. Ana walked into the stall, and grabbed the filly, pulling her over to the cross ties. She tacked her up, and put on her helmet. She walked the filly outside, her jet black coat shining brightly, her head high, ears pricked, fiddling with the bit, her eyes searching. Ana took a hop, and a step, and then leaped into the black leather saddle on her filly's back. She put pressure on the filly's sides, and, surprisingly, the filly went forward. Ana walked the filly into the arena. She said, quietly to the backward ears, Come on, Watch Me Fly, let's get some good jumps in.. The filly bolted forward in a fast canter, and jumped one of the jumps without Ana bidding her on. The filly cantered around the arena, and jumped the jumps Ana let her to. The last, and tallest jump Watch Me Fly cantered quickly to. Everything went into slow motion, it seemed, and when Watch Me Fly kicked off the ground, Ana felt free as she and her filly soared through the air, over the tall jump. They had plenty room between them and the jump.

Harvey snorted as he landed on the other side of the jump, flicking his tail as he neighed happily.

Amy smiled, reached forward and rubbing his neck. She eased him around again towards another jump. Another rider was already flying through the course. the pair looked good together and Amy hoped that soon her and Harvey would be like that too.

Ana pulled quickly on Spirit's reigns, not getting much response beside a quick, loud scream. She fought hard for her head, as she did while racing. Ana grunted, I'm surprised I'm jumping you and not Black Rose...you should be racing!She sighed, then turned Spirit away, then spotted the other rider. She called, Hello! She then walked Spirit to the shadows of the arena, on the ground, and cooling the not even hot filly off.

Amy lost her balance for a quick second, sliding forward. She clutched Harvey's mane and fought to stay up. She sat back down, trying now to fall to hard on her new horse's back. She took a breath and heard the other rider greet her. Happy for a small break, she turned Harvey off the course. "Hello." She smiled and waved.

(May i ask who Anastasia is? You keep using her but i can't find her in your human creation... lol I just want to know what she looks like, that's all.)

The girl's keen eyes watched the horse closely, making sure he didn't go after her, or buck his rider off. She slowly remounted her mare, just to be safe, and watched from a distance, asking, Has he jumped before?

Harvey snorted as he looked at the Mare, flicking his tail as he lowered his head.

Amy shrugged. "I'm not sure, but he's been OK so far. Just one refusal. How about yours? She's pretty good." She stroked Harvey's neck to calm him.
