What are the clubs?
The clubs are different groups that specialize in different things. (Exp. The English club specializes in Show Jumping, Dressage, and other things of that variety) The clubs are responsible for the creating, organizing, and running of competitions.
Who gets to be in clubs?
Anyone who knows a fair deal about the events in the club can request to join a club. The request has to accepted. Once accepted you will only be removed if you want to be or if you behave inappropriately within the club.
How many clubs can one member be in at a time?
A member can be in as many clubs as he/she wants so long as they know the events within the club.
What are the rules of being in a club?
The rules are simple.
*You must follow the rules of the site (duh).
*You must obey the Council.
*If you are in more than one club you can not share information about another club.
*You must have an very good understanding of at least one of the events that fits your club.
What is "The Council" and how do you join it?
The council is five members who are in the head of the club. The council is in charge of the members of the club. If they deem you inappriate to be a member of the club they can request that you are removed.
The admin is always a member of the council.
To become a member of the council you must be appointed a member. This can happen through election or admin appointing.
What if I am kicked from a club and do not think it is fair?
If you have been kicked from a club and you do not think it was fair or reasonable you can contact the admin and ask for your club membership to be reviewed. If you are deemed to have been unfairly removed you will be added back to the club. If you were removed with good reason you will not be placed back in the club.
Why can I not see the boards for the clubs?
You must be a member of the club to have access to the board. This is for exclusiveness and to help make events a surprise.
